Our Staff

 Andrea has been part of the CDP team since 2003. She began working after school and during breaks from college, allowing her to work with all of the different age groups. In 2008, she has started teaching our Pre-K class. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Millersville University and her Master’s degree in Special Education from DeSales University. Andrea has been the Executive Director since August 2021.

 Corey has been part of the CDP Team since 2005. She began working in the office primarily handling the staff and children’s records, the Keystone STARS program and DPW Inspection. In May, 2013, she added working with CDP’s billing and accounts payable systems to her position. Corey is a graduate of Temple University where she earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Sports Management. In her spare time, Corey and her husband keep busy with their 3 children, all who are CDP alumni. 

AiLan has been working at CDP since 2007. She loves working with young children, helping them to explore, learn and grow! AiLan mostly works in the infant and toddler room. She is amazed by how fast they learn and it brings her joy to see them having fun at school! She has a CDA Degree in Infant and Toddler.

Before becoming a childcare worker, she worked in London as a miniature model maker for Stokesay Ware.  She got married in 2006 and moved to the United States. She loves to go to England often to visit friends and family.
